ORA Collection Statement‍ ‍

How Kindred State collects, uses, and protects your responses to the Organisational Readiness Assessment. Current as of July 2026.

Who is collecting your information

Kindred State (ABN 27508614568), operated by Amelia Crettenden. Contact: amelia@kindredstate.com.au.

What is collected

Your name, role, organisation and email address, and your responses to the assessment items. Your responses record your professional perceptions of your organisation. They are treated as both personal information and commercially sensitive material.

Why it is collected

Solely to score the assessment, produce your report, and prepare and conduct your results conversation. Kindred State does not use ORA responses for marketing, and does not sell or share them with any third party for their own purposes. With your explicit opt-in permission, your responses may be used in anonymised, aggregated form to improve and validate the assessment; anonymised means nothing that could identify you or your organisation is retained.

What happens if you do not provide it

Completion is voluntary. Without your responses and contact details, Kindred State cannot score the assessment or deliver your report.

How your information reaches us

The assessment runs entirely in your own web browser, on your own device. Your answers are assembled there and are sent to Kindred State only when you choose to send them, as an email from you to us. No form provider, survey platform, or other third party collects, receives, or stores your responses along the way. Scoring is performed by Kindred State in Australia; no scoring or interpretation is processed by any third-party or artificial-intelligence service.

Where it is stored

Your responses and report are held by Kindred State in Australia, on secured, password-protected systems, with access limited to Kindred State personnel directly involved in delivering the assessment. Because your responses are sent directly to us, they are not stored on any overseas server or with any external provider.

Who receives it

Your responses and report are accessible only to Kindred State personnel directly involved in delivering the assessment. They are not disclosed to your organisation, your employer, or any other party, except where disclosure is required or authorised by law, where there is a serious risk of harm to a person, or with your written consent. Your report is emailed to the address you provide, and to no other recipient.

How long it is kept

Twelve months from submission, after which responses and any working files are securely destroyed. If you engage Kindred State within that period, your responses form part of your client record and are retained in accordance with professional record-keeping standards. Full details are in the Kindred State ORA Data Retention and Handling Policy, available on request.

‍Access, correction and complaints

You may request access to, or correction of, your information at any time at amelia@kindredstate.com.au. Privacy complaints will be acknowledged and responded to within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
